vancouver wont win the cup, they don't have what it takes. we saw what happened last year, luongo lost every game in boston and lost the big one when the pressure was on him.
hopefully the avs can pull into 8th, but i'm doubtful

I was pretty surprised reading all these NHL predictions a couple months ago and not seeing Dallas even contending for a spot. At the halfway point last year we were right at the top of the Western Conference, and unfortunately we slipped and lost our last game allowing Chicago the last spot. Sure we lost Richards, but we had a great year in free agency! Currently sitting up at the top with a 9-3 record! I was just shocked seeing most people rank Dallas in the bottom 3 in the conference, when over the past few years they have gotten increasingly better. This is the year  Playoffs at least....

Toronto is owning so far. Columbus is last in the league right now. Washington and Pens seem to be able to make it.

Joe

The pens made the playoffs with Staal out for the first half of the season, and Crosby and Malkin out for the second. With all of them back, they should make the finals easy
