Jamie Langenbrunner traded to Dallas Stars

Jamie Langenbrunner is going to be a Dallas Star once again for a 3rd round draft pick.

The New Jersey Devils have arranged a conference call for 10:30am et where they are expected to announce that they've traded the 35-year-old forward back to his former team. Going to the Devils is a third-round pick with a possible conditional element attached to it.

Langenbrunner was drafted by the Stars in 1993 and spent several seasons with the team before being traded to the Devils back in 2002.

The Cloquet, Minnesota native has 10 goals and 14 assists this season with New Jersey, a team that has struggled to a 10-28-2 record and currently sits last in the Eastern Conference.

Dallas currently is third in the Western Conference with a record of 24-13-4.
