Braydon Coburn Signs 4-year Contract with Philly

The Philadelphia Flyers signed defenceman Braydon Coburn to a four-year, $18 million contract extension on Wednesday.

This season, Coburn has three assists in 14 games this season with a plus-1 rating.

The Saskatchewan native was originally drafted eighth overall by the Atltanta Thrashers in 2003.

During the 2006-07 season, he was traded to the Flyers for Alexei Zhitnik.
