Kyle Wellwood Signs with the Winnipeg Jets

Kyle Wellwood is the newest member of the Winnipeg Jets.
The 28-year-old signed a one-year, $700,000 contract to play in Winnipeg this season.
The native of Windsor, Ontario has 68 goals and 173 points in 373 NHL games while playing for the San Jose Sharks, Vancouver Canucks and Toronto Maple Leafs.
Wellwood was originally drafted by the Maple Leafs in the fifth round (134th overall) of the 2001 NHL Entry Draft.
