Chris Stewart Trade Rumors

The St. Louis Blues have played extremely well since the hiring of Ken Hitchcock. They currently sit 4th in the Western Conference with a 19-9-4 record.

One player that has slowly seen his ice time dwindle is forward Chris Stewart. GM Doug Armstrong has sent a memo out letting fellow GM's in the Eastern Conference know Stewart is available for a trade.

The Blues plan to deal Stewart to upgrade the current roster or mortgage him for future pieces.

Look for the Toronto Maple Leafs, New York Islanders, Washington Capitals, Montreal Canadiens and Winnipeg Jets to all make trade offers.
