Paul Stastny Trade Rumors

The Colorado Avalanche are quietly shopping Paul Stastny to rebuild their defense and to add depth at forward.

Trade rumors going around are: if they could get Jack Johnson in a package from the LA Kings, they will look long and hard at a deal.

Stastny has a $6.6 million cap hit through 2013-14.

Other teams interesed in Stastny are the Florida Panthers, New York Islanders and Montreal Canadiens.
