Steve Ott Trade Rumors

It is looking like the Dallas Stars would like to shed some salary. They traded defenceman Nicklas Grossman yesterday and now they have let teams know that forward Steve Ott is available for a trade.

Ott is under contract till 2013-14 with a $2.95 million cap hit.

Teams interested in Ott are the Detroit Red Wings, Toronto Maple Leafs, Ottawa Senators and the New Jersey Devils.

Ott brings toughness, has decent offensive skills, and a great agitator.
